What happens during the 20-minute discovery call?
We review your current contact database, your inquiry history and your average treatment values. You receive an honest assessment of what is recoverable and the projected revenue return before committing to anything. No sales pitch, just the numbers specific to your practice.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
Just a rough sense of your list size and how long your practice has been operating. If you have a CSV export of past inquiries ready, even better, but it is not required for the initial call. We handle everything else.
How quickly can I start my first campaign after booking?
Most clients go live within 24 to 48 hours of the discovery call, pending data preparation and messaging review. Some clients complete their first broadcast on the same day as onboarding.
Is there a minimum contract period or cancellation fee?
No. After the one-time £595 implementation fee, the Activation plan runs month-to-month at £199 per month. You can pause or cancel at any time after your first month with no exit fees and no long-term commitment required.
