Services
L'azar List provides B2B database activation and revenue recovery services as described on this website and in any written service agreement. Services commence upon receipt of payment and a signed order form.
Payment
The implementation fee is due in full before service delivery begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share contact data with us and that any list you provide complies with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and PECR. You warrant that all contacts have a prior relationship with your business.
Intellectual property
All platform code, AI frameworks, and response protocols remain the intellectual property of L'azar List. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence during the term of your subscription.
Limitation of liability
L'azar List is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
