What types of businesses does L'azar List work for?
L'azar List is built specifically for high-ticket, service-based businesses with an existing contact database of dormant or unbooked inquiries. Our primary sectors are medical aesthetics clinics, cosmetic dental practices, bespoke home renovation companies, and premium professional service businesses. If your average transaction value is above £300 and you have a list of contacts who enquired but never booked, the platform will work for you.
Do I need to integrate with my existing CRM or booking software?
No. L'azar List operates independently of any existing software. All you need is a CSV export containing first name and phone number. No API access, no credentials, no migration, no technical setup of any kind. If you can export a spreadsheet from your current system, you can use L'azar List.
What data does the system need from me?
First name and phone number for each contact. That is all. The system handles segmentation, prioritisation, and all messaging internally. You do not need to provide last names, email addresses, treatment history, or any other fields, though additional data can improve personalisation if you have it.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. All contact data is processed client-side within an encrypted local layer. Raw database structures are never transferred to external cloud environments. The system operates as an internal processing lens only. L'azar List is fully aligned with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For clinics handling patient data, our architecture ensures you remain compliant with your existing data handling obligations.
What is the 9-Word Protocol and why does it work?
The 9-Word Protocol is a direct response messaging framework that strips away all sales language, branding, imagery, and corporate formatting. No. After the one-time £595 implementation fee, the Activation plan runs month-to-month at £199 per month. You can pause or cancel at any time after your first month. There are no long-term commitments and no exit fees.
What if my contact list is old or the data is messy?
That is entirely expected and the system is designed for it. Real businesses do not have clean, formatted databases. L'azar List handles raw, unformatted exports and performs segmentation and prioritisation automatically. In practice, older lists often contain more opportunity than recent ones, because the contacts have had longer to reconsider and longer to be ignored by your competitors.
